BRITISH MUSLIM BAND LAUNCHES “REVIVING HEARTS TOUR” 2007.
(Birmingham, UK - 1/15/07) –

British Muslim Band of nasheed singers, Aa’shiq al-Rasul (AAR) announced today that they are taking their “REVIVING HEARTS TOUR” to the world in 2007.   AAR combines the musical influences of the heritage and culture of their British roots, Pakistani ancestry and Muslim faith, singing in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Arabic. Amran Ellahi the lead singer of AAR said “This tour is intended to remind the audiences that all human beings share the same aspiration for lives filled with happiness regardless of creed, colour, nationality, ethnicity or language.” He continued, “this can only come about with hearts filled with virtues of courage, temperance, prudence, and justice.” “Love” he said, “is the common thread that knits together humanity, a love that will allow all to understand that we all smile in the same language.”

Today, the band announced a string of dates that begins with its tour of Trinidad and Tobago from January 17th to 23rd 2007; July 2007 to Canada, August to Malaysia, October to Dubai and ending back home in Birmingham in December 2007.  Its next album “Majesty” will be launched in June 2007 as an “indie” album, following up on its very successful “Sultan of Madinah”.
